Unit sizes range from 20×30 (600 square ft) to 40×80 (3200 square ft.) Door height clearance is approximately 14 feet.
The property is equipped with a digital video monitoring surveillance system, electronic gated and keypad entry and exit and each unit has its own door alarm integrated with the facilities security system.
Each unit will have CATS wiring for internet and or phone. Each unit has its own 100amp power panel so additional electric outlets and lighting can be added.
Ground maintenance, landscaping, security/fire monitoring and other amenities, including some repairs will be covered under an HOA fee. Fees will average $110 monthly.
The units have plumbing stubbed out, so you will be able to add your own bathroom in the design you like.
Although you have 24-hour access, spending the night or having an extended stay is not permitted. For your safety and for the security of the property, we encourage day use if you plan on being at the facility for a long period of time.
Of course, you can. Everyone on the property is subject to the property rules and standards as described in the owner’s association guidelines. Pets are not allowed to roam outside of the units and should remain inside the units for their own safety.
Ideally the units are intended for custom storage spaces, but you can certainly do work in your unit with some exceptions. Creating dust, omitting pollutants, excessive noise or working with hazardous or flammable equipment will not be permitted. If your using the space for business and the operation has no impact on the facility or other owners experience, that is and acceptable use. Refer to the HOA guidelines or CC&R’s for details on use requirements.
